Mike's Gas Town HQ.
This repo is the town, not a fork of the gt binary. The orchestrator lives at ~/gt on the overseer machine and is published here so the town identity, beads config, roles, formulas, and rig registry survive.

Roles that run here: Mayor, Deacon, Boot, Dogs, Witness, Refinery, Crew, Polecats. Work is Beads. GUPP still holds: if there is work on your hook, you run it.
