Adds a selective media sweep (photos, videos, voice, video messages, GIFs, stickers) with a revoke toggle in user chats and basic groups, plus a redesigned bulk-delete of own messages that now works in channels and for admins. Both share a confirm/searching/deleting/done flow with a live progress bar, and skip-on-fail so missing permissions no longer loop.
