aws CLI 会重试回应丢失的请求；第一次其实已经写入时，重试的条件写入会被 R2 以 PreconditionFailed 拒绝，导致 4.3.4、4.4.0 的同步明明写成功了却报失败。现在被拒后回读一次： 带版本号的文件必须字节一致，latest.json 必须已经指向本次发布，否则照旧失败。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
