Azure.Identity package version upgrade in PR Azure-Samples#28 was not compatible with Microsoft.Identity.Client version that was only being directly referenced from the project. Bump the Microsoft.Identity.Client version to avoid dependency downgrade issues.
Quick fixes to make sure the object returned by SendSummaryDetails is what SummaryWindow expects.

Instead of pulling destination email from config, allow the Agent to enter it on the Send Email UI.
