This is to enable Blob CSI support by Flatcar images for feature parity with other distros.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Requirements:

  • uses conventional commit messages
  • includes documentation
  • adds unit tests
  • tested upgrade from previous version
  • commits are GPG signed and Github marks them as verified

Special notes for your reviewer:

Requires updating to official images including kubernetes-sigs/blob-csi-driver#2218 before merging.

@cameronmeissner could you have a look? Apart from using temporary image, I'd like to know if this approach is appropriate for the time being.

Updated the PR to use official blob-csi-driver container image to install blobfuse2 binary. This should now be ready to merge.
