Summary

• Move icon_ServiceStation.dds from the dds folder to the mod root next to modDesc.xml.
• Update modDesc.xml to reference the root-level icon.
• Keep the released version at 1.0.0.2 while replacing the unpublished package asset.

• ServiceStation configuration and GIANTS Editor I3D validation passed.

• The built ZIP contains icon_ServiceStation.dds at its root and no icon under dds/.
