• The repository is a standard Flask project, and runs in Python virtual environment
• After installing, do source/bin/activate to start the vituralenv
• Install the requirements in requirements.txt
• Do flask run in the shell
• Go to localhost:5000/rate
• Note: Source code is built on Python 3.5.2 and uses the latest version of libraries which can support the same
