Cognizant → John Hancock (3 yrs) — Shipped 8 releases on an insurance platform serving 500K+ users. Built automation that cut validation cycles from 8 hours to 45 minutes. Owned dashboards, API testing, stakeholder coordination, and release management across VPAS, Velogica, and iPipeline systems.
Cisco ThingQbator — Founded a construction tech startup through NASSCOM incubation. Led product, engineering, and GTM. Conducted 30+ field interviews. Secured seed funding.
TVW Washington — Leading PCO Connect, a civic data platform consolidating information across 39 Washington counties.
