據此「陞」應認為是中國大陸規範字體系之內的字，用於專有名詞，在缺少上下文的情況下可不轉換。
雖然「昇」的註腳幾乎完全一樣，但是「昇」字作「升」義明顯比「陞」更常用。「昇」字在簡體中也僅限個別人名，所以採用了默認轉為「升」、例外保留的做法。

如果繁體語料中「陞」也是主要用於人名、地名，可以比照「甦」的做法，採用默認保留、詞組級例外轉「升」。

我还是觉得这两个字的处理方式应该是一样的。其实在繁体的实际语料中，“昇” 也没有那么常见，大多也是用在人名之中，可能在复合词中，略微比 “陞” 字多一些吧。

我是 RIME 用户，之前看到用户没法自造 “龚昇” 这样的名字，即使在繁体状态下输入，回到简体后显示的依然还是 “龚升”。我自己之前在本地的解决方法是，就类似你们之前处理 “陞” 字的方案，把从 “昇” 映射到 “昇 升”。这样所有含有 “昇” 的人名，都能在第一次输入后，自动记忆新词。但是，这样我后来发现在简体状态下，出现了 “昇华” 这样的词。我后来比较了 “昇” 在普通词汇和专有名词中出现的概率。其实还是在专有名词中更常见。参见《重編國語辭典修訂本》和维基百科中含 “昇” 字的人名。我昨天看到在 commit 97afc82a 中已经添加了这一行。但是光是维基百科中的含 “昇” 的名人就已经那么多，更不用说在实际生活中会遇到的含 “昇” 的人名。理论上，如果按照现在对 “昇” 字的处理方式，你们至少要把维基百科上的那些含 “昇” 的名人，加到 TSPhrases.txt 文件中。

另外一种方式，就是我更推荐的，就是把 “昇” 字也按照之前 “陞” 字的方式处理。然后把《重編國語辭典修訂本》出现的那些词汇加入到 TSPhrases.txt 文件中，当然啦，会用作人名的 “高昇” 除外。
