s2twp：不再將「支持」一律轉為「支援」（#1313） - #1510

In Taiwan 支持 keeps its general meaning of backing or endorsing (支持候選人, 支持率, 財政支持), so the generic 支持 -> 支援 rule over-converts. Put the identity first so s2twp keeps 支持, and keep the stable support-service nouns as phrases: 技術支持 -> 技術支援, 客戶支持 -> 客戶支援, 後勤支持 -> 後勤支援, plus 支持多平臺 -> 支援多平臺. 修正 #1313 中「支持 / 支援」一項。
問題：
TWPhrases.txt的支持 支援會把所有「支持」轉成「支援」，例如支持候选人 → 支援候選人、支持率 → 支援率、支持向量机 → 支援向量機。在臺灣，「支持」仍是贊同、擁護的通用說法；「支援」主要用於技術、客服、後勤等服務語境。修改：
支持 支持 支援，s2twp 預設保留「支持」，反向對照仍完整。技術支持 → 技術支援、客戶支持 → 客戶支援、後勤支持 → 後勤支援、支持多平臺 → 支援多平臺，並在TWPhrasesRev.txt補上對應反向條目（另加支持 支持）。s2twp、tw2sp測試案例。依據：
已知影響：軟體語境中作動詞的「支持」（如「支持中文」「支持 Unicode」）將保留「支持」。動詞搭配無法窮舉，依收錄標準不收錄動詞的原則，僅保留語意穩定的名詞詞組。
測試：本機以官方 Python 套件載入修改後的文字詞典，模擬
s2twp、tw2sp，跑testcases.json全部相關案例：修改前新案例失敗，修改後 142/142 通過；詞典排序與正反向完整性亦已檢查。完整 Bazel 測試待 CI 確認。與 #1509 相互獨立，可分別審閱。
本 PR 在 AI 工具（Claude Code）協助下撰寫；用字判斷由我（臺灣使用者）確認。
