Summary

• add the complete Event Horizon black-hole skin pack across the popover, dashboard, history, privacy, settings, update window, Token Island, and share cards
• bundle original hero/quiet black-hole plates plus a low-cost 24 fps ambient layer that pauses for inactive windows, screenshots, and Reduce Motion
• add a dedicated third theme selector and persistent event_horizon settings value
• fall back to GitHub’s public latest-release route when the Releases API is rate-limited, with a 10-second manual-click cooldown and clearer rate-limit messages
• update README, release notes, packaging defaults, and render fixtures for 0.2.7
