Adds a "Copy-paste review template" section to REVIEWING.md, right above "The verdict": one fenced block with a fill-slot per six-directions check (recomputed row, bbox measured vs declared, max pairwise intersection, full-travel, …) and a verdict line. Copy, fill every
<…>with what you measured, submit as the review; the intro suggests saving it as a GitHub saved reply for one-click reuse. Docs-only, touches only REVIEWING.md (no overlap with #108/#110).
