The robstride/sito ros2_control hardware packages were regrouped: humanoid_control_robstride -> humanoid_devices_robstride, humanoid_control_sito -> humanoid_devices_sito. Update the lite robstride plugin lookup name (cad/ros2_control.json + regenerated xacro for lite_dummy & lite_bimanual) and the robot_assets generator's Sito-comment template. pytest 1376 passed.
