Proposed changes
- Add variable rates of EffectiveART vs. NonSuppressiveART, to match how viral load suppression rate outcomes grow with time, in order to bring down incidence among men in more recent years
Problem:
- Incidence is too high among men post 2016
- Leads to excess younger people (under age of 30) with HIV, age distribution peaks too low currently
Solution:
- Dial down HIGH risk population post-2010
- Dial up ART distribution among young people
Updated ART coverage distribution to match SHIMS data.
