Add live Friendbot Stellar testnet integration test exercising account funding, trustlines, issuance, and payment errors (BigNathan1#403). Add Playwright E2E test for community transaction history page covering header, empty state, and query params (BigNathan1#397). Add CI test coverage threshold enforcement failing below 70% backend and 60% frontend (BigNathan1#409). Add Playwright E2E test verifying responsive mobile layout and drawer navigation at 375px viewport (BigNathan1#398). Resolve clippy warnings in governance contracts and clean up schemas.
