Add a compatibility file for atmega328p libraries

Adds a file to redirect low level SPI operations from SPI interface in the atmega328p to SPI0 interface in the atmega328pb.

Update tools and define SPIClass

• The SPI library has been updated to include a class called SPIClass.
• The version of gcc has been updated.
• The version of AVRDUDE has been updated.
• The general information about the package has been updated to BQ Educación information.
