Since this is new code with no existing users, there's no need to maintain migration-related documentation or deprecated API warnings. Changes: - Remove deprecated API warnings section from BUILD.md - Update PUBKY_NOISE_AUDIT_REPORT.md to remove deprecated function references - Clarify server_accept_ik is a convenience function, not deprecated - Update mobile_integration_note.md to remove migration language
