Summary

• Present Agent Zero strategy, worker directives, Jev action choices, confidence, probabilities, progress, fallback outcomes, and provider usage in World Lab.
• Hide legacy chat, diplomacy, alliances, personality, goal, and memory controls in zero-swarm-v1 while preserving the legacy mode.
• Expose safe swarm provider status and committed worker situation buckets in snapshots; retain swarm and provider-attempt telemetry in exports.
