Summary

  • Pass bounded, structured worker-capture pressure into the outbound Jev request using only capture alerts already present in the authorized worker observation. Empty alerts add no state; H3 cells, ticks, captured identities, and hunter routing remain out of the request.
  • Remove the unused relevantRecentFacts field from the reflex observation and request.
  • Share OpenRouter usage normalization across legacy and Zero planning. Preserve provider-reported cost, reasoning tokens, cache reads/writes, and ordinary token counts on successful and rejected Zero plans, and on bounded non-success responses when supplied.
  • Filter echoed secrets and observation text from response ID/model metadata. Keep cancellation effective while reading non-success response bodies.

Review and validation

  • Fresh review found non-success usage loss and unsafe response metadata; both were fixed and covered by regression tests.
  • pnpm validate passed locally. One earlier aggregate run had an intermittent World Lab test failure without a printed diagnostic; its standalone suite and the final full validation both passed.
  • pnpm test:e2e passed locally (1 Playwright test).
  • Diff and credential/export boundary reviewed. No live provider calls were made.
