Materialize every prompt inside the disposable trial root before launching an adapter. This prevents runtimes that anchor tools from the prompt-file location from writing into benchmark source fixtures. Adds a regression reproducing the adjacent-workspace write and verifies the source fixture stays untouched.\n\nVerification: pnpm check (typecheck and 21 tests).
