firetrucks should all be using "firetruck outline_0" Sprite, for refence the demo_house and firehouse have these sprites. I need to rearrange the firehouse upper floor to be above the lower floor
Moved the firehouse upper floor to above the lower floor, and changed the firetruck sprites

Changed the firetruck sprites to the firetruck sprite with an outline, moved the firehouse upper floor to above the firehouse.
