Root cause
huggingface_hub==1.5.0 does not provide the hf spaces variables command, so production deployment run 30325513317 failed before any wrapper upload.
Change
Pin huggingface_hub==1.24.0, the exact CLI version validated against the workflow command surface.
Validation
This PR does not change Space Settings or deploy by itself.
