Adds a /synapse-ct route that loads the existing Visible Human Project organ GLBs from public/ into an interactive 3D dashboard with an AI assistant. All new code is scoped under src/synapse/ and src/routes/. Only App.tsx (one route) and Header.tsx (one nav link) are modified. No new dependencies.
