- Implemented ImageChangeExtent for adjusting image extents using offsets or absolute values. - Created ImageFilterByMask to apply a binary mask to an input image with optional morphological operations. - Developed ImageMirror to flip images along specified axes with options for flipping about the origin. - Updated StyleGuide to improve error messaging and maintain consistency in output. - Enhanced cli_tools with extent validation and improved image information printing. - Registered new CLI commands in setup configuration for easy access.
…utput formatting - Added a 'brief' parameter to allow for a concise summary of image information. - Improved formatting of printed output for better readability. - Retained detailed information in full mode, including physical dimensions, direction matrix, and image statistics. - Calculated and displayed image dimensionality.

Integrates the spectral CT tools and supporting image utilities into master. Resolves the branch conflicts while preserving the lates implementation, dependencies, command registrations, and label definitions on master.
4 conflicts were:
OgoMasterLabels.py- Competing label defintions. Kept master's label 98 as "Trabecular Bone" and removed duplicated entriesHelper.py- Both branches changed histogram calculation. kept master's implementation.requirements.tct- Different dependency list. Kept master's dependencies and new packages required by the FEA workflow.setup.cfg- Both branches added command registrations. Combined registrations from both master and spectral.
