* Bump Python to 3.14 * Use LOG.notice for response validation * Scope AsyncWeb3 and contract factories by context Refactor AsyncWeb3 and contract factory caching to be scoped by runtime context. - app/contracts/contract.py: Change AsyncContract.factory_map to a WeakKeyDictionary keyed by AsyncWeb3 instances and update get_contract to obtain the current AsyncWeb3, using a per-Web3 factory map so contract factories are isolated per AsyncWeb3. - app/utils/web3_utils.py: Refactor AsyncWeb3Wrapper to normalize request timeouts to aiohttp.ClientTimeout, accept either int or ClientTimeout, and cache AsyncWeb3 instances per thread/event-loop and per-timeout key to avoid sharing aiohttp sessions across event loops. Introduces _normalize_async_timeout, _create_web3 and adjusted _get_web3 logic, and uses WeakKeyDictionary for loop-scoped caching. - tests: Add async_contract_cache_test.py to validate timeout normalization, event-loop scoping of AsyncWeb3, and that AsyncContract factory cache is scoped by AsyncWeb3. Remove the global test fixture that reset contract caches from tests/conftest.py. These changes prevent cross-event-loop session reuse and ensure contract factories are tied to the specific AsyncWeb3 instance and its configuration (timeout), improving correctness and resource safety. * Update async_contract_cache_test.py * Add comments
