Closing — this upgrade is blocked upstream, not by our config.

tsup emits declarations through the TypeScript Compiler API and crashes on 7.0 with Cannot read properties of undefined (reading useCaseSensitiveFileNames).

Verified by running the upgrade locally rather than inferring it. Our own ts7-compat-guard now reports the blocker, so we will know the moment it clears. Holding typescript at 5.x until then; Dependabot is configured to stop re-proposing the major.
