feat: add more detection models

Here are the 7 new models trained on the Kaggle and abs_obb datasets on a private dataset.

• input_size 224 : bone_fracture, facial_expression, traffic_detection, search_and_rescue, pothole_detection
• input_size 384 : weed_crop, abs_obb

At Nicolas' request, I've standardized the formatting in the main README.md:

• Capitalize the names and use the underscore character as a separator instead of a space in the 'Dataset' column.
• Remove the extra space preceding the dataset links.
