Proposed change

This PR removes Tesla Fleet and Tessie-specific last_reset handling for charge-energy sensors and restores these sensors to SensorStateClass.TOTAL_INCREASING. It also removes the related tests and snapshot expectations that depended on manual reset tracking. This keeps energy sensor behavior aligned with standard total-increasing semantics.
