docs: define the profile memory experiment

Summary

• record the five-person feedback as informal qualitative input, not quantitative acceptance
• approve the free-form current intrusion plus experiments/ archive architecture
• define issue 001, its verified Profile ancestry, and the exact five-file Step 5 boundary
• supersede the clickable-portals next loop while preserving its history

Why

The shipped Profile was generally liked but felt slightly simple. The next Creative Builder issue needs a richer, evidence-backed editorial question without hardening CURRENT OBSESSION into a reusable card or adding publishing infrastructure.
