AMBHAS_on_VIC.5.1.0.rc2

This tag marks the commit where VIC.5.1.0.rc2 (a17714a) was merged with AMBHAS code. AMBHAS could then be merged back into the master of the BritishGeologicalSurvey/VIC fork.

The work was originally carried out on the add_AMBHAS_kdiff3 branch.
