#677 revised and renamed the tutorial on custom RandomVariables.
The current revision is live: https://cdcgov.github.io/PyRenew/tutorials/random_variables.html.
It consists of an overview, a list of the current implementations, a presentation on the API that needs to be implemented, and an example.
