Adding Bruno collection for Intersection API endpoints

• Initialized by importing swagger json from http://localhost:8089/v3/api-docs
• Creating "Localhost" environment with IAPI url and keycloak variables
• Adding OAuth 2.0 config to automatically generate tokens from keycloak
