Better handles whether `table_name` method is present or not
Use Apache configuration for UV static asset access as it won't work with the Rails asset pipeline due to relative URLs within its files Tried to remove `assets/` prefix in all URLs but some still include it so handle with Apache config and add a note that updating UV might simplify this in the future
Streamline / augment Postgres command documentation so the process is simpler to follow in the future. Update docs in general to note ActiveScaffold is no longer used and add syntax highlighting to code blocks
- Add required Postgres auth options to database.yml - No hard-coded default secrets. Must populate from `rails secret` - Default to hiding sensitive image records too
Change all to *.example.yml
