Captures the docs/memories working set the memory-orchestrator generated this session (INDEX.md + CONSOLIDATED.md). Content is the empty/initial placeholder state (0 extracted snapshots) but is committed per the repo's 'snapshots stay committable' design. Kept on its own branch, separate from the optimization PRs. Note: companion PR #147 gitignores these derived files going forward; if both land, the files stay tracked (git keeps tracking already-tracked paths) while future regenerations are no longer flagged as untracked noise.
