Both PRs had identical head SHA (
7331c84) after rebasing onto currentmain. Keeping #73 (pr-70-branch) per maintainer decision. See #73 for the resolved change (constraints.txt header polish).Original intent — the
pip-audit.ymlverify-install hardening — already landed on main via PR #72/#71 with a superior implementation (SHA-pinned actions, ubuntu+windows matrix, pip CVE upgrade), so the only remaining diff was the constraints.txt header.
