This is a cleaned-up version of Eoles that contains many of the functionnalities developed independently from the Eoles_elec base code.

This version is object-based, models the equilibrium of the hydrogen and methane vectors in addition to electricity, contains a detailed representation of hydrological plants operation, includes operational reserves and demand flexibility. It is also set to only solve using the Inter-point (barrier) algorithm in Gurobi, which greatly accelerates solving time and allows for solving several dozens of years at an hourly time scale in a reasonable time.

In this version, the heat and transport sectors included in Eoles_mv are not modeled, and neighbouring countries are not included, contrary to Eoles_dispatch.
