This PR updates the code s.t it accepts a command line argument --streamflow_only (defaulted to false), which if set to true only stores flow data in the output netcdf file produced by the routing model. This reduces the memory usage by approximately 23%. This can prove to be important in calibration when the routing model is run in parallel.
