Nice work! This looks very close to the original, but a little bit cooler since you went with the cubic pulse instead of the bias function I used. ;)

Definitely looks like you two understand toolbox functions!

Thanks! I am a bit sad I didn't get to the other 2 shaders, but I'm still a bit of a noob when it comes to parameter tuning. I still feel a bit like I'm playing pin the tail on the donkey lol.

Additionally, one reason developing shaders takes me so long (and a reason why 460 was a big workload) is it's very hard to test individual modules functions/modules in the code. I know we can set colors, etc, but that is pretty limited in how helpful it is. Do you know of any good shader testing environments or strategies, or is off debugging just a way of life?
