Add privacy-first JMS Doctor toolkit

What changed

• replace the outdated brand-only README with an original, privacy-first JMS subscription diagnostic tool
• add SS, VMess, VLESS, and Trojan parsing with credential-free reports
• add optional DNS/TCP checks, a local installer, unit tests, and GitHub Actions CI
• add a GitHub Pages landing page, sitemap, robots.txt, and project-specific social preview
• disclose the aff=22688 relationship clearly and remove obsolete mirror domains and duplicated tutorial files

Why

The repository previously duplicated aging purchase-guide content and referenced outdated domains and plan information. The new version gives visitors a useful reason to discover, star, and return to the project while keeping the affiliate recommendation natural and transparent.

Validation

• python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -v — 7 tests pass
• sample credential-free JSON report generated successfully
• installer tested against the local source file
• affiliate, terms, and repository URLs return HTTP 200
• git diff --check origin/main...HEAD passes
