- 미세먼지(에어코리아) 실패 시 날씨 전체를 실패시키지 않고 "정보 없음" 표시 - 기상청 API 타임아웃 8초 + 최대 2회 재시도 - 초단기실황 NO_DATA(발표 지연) 시 한 시간 전 실황으로 재조회 - 전부 실패해도 3시간 이내 마지막 정상값으로 응답 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
