Normalizes to the CLDMV fleet-wide vitest test-file naming convention. Updates the vitest config include glob and the run-vitest.mjs testFilePattern to match; test content is unchanged.
Completes the *.test.vitest.mjs rename: updates the vitest config include glob and run-vitest.mjs's testFilePattern to match the renamed files.
