- Add the CLDMV @v4 staging-branch workflow set (22 workflows) + .github/dependabot.yml - Wire vitest + @cldmv/vitest-runner: .configs/vitest.config.mjs, tests/run-vitest.mjs, scripts (incl. build stub) - Add a vitest suite covering index.js at 100% coverage (wake_on_lan mocked via require.cache)
