Home Flow

The user can choose to be the Attendee or the Organizer.

Admin Flow

The admin user has 4 options: they can browse and delete events, profiles, images or go to their user settings.

-If they click on the Events Option button, a list of events will be displayed on the screen. They can click on any event they want to browse and a pop up with all the event details will be displayed. They have the option to delete the event from the app by long pressing on the event in the list.

-If they click on the Profile Option button, a list of all profiles will be displayed on the screen. They can click on any profile they want to browse and a pop up with all the profile details will be displayed. They have the option to delete any selected profile from long pressing on the profile in the list.

-If they click on the Images Option button, a list of all images will be displayed on the screen. They can click on any image they want to browse and a pop up with the image will be displayed. They have the option to delete any selected image from the long pressing on the image in the list.

-If they click on the Settings button, their user settings page will open and they can log out or go to their profile settings. If they click on the Profile button, their profile settings page is displayed showing all their user details such as name, email and phone number. The user details are editable.

Attendee Flow

As an attendee, the user has the option to Check-in an event, browse the list of events or go to their user settings.

-If they chose to check-in, the app redirects them to Scan QR Code page and prompts them to open their camera.

-If they click on the My Events button, a list of events is displayed on the screen. They can click on any event they want to browse and a pop up with all the event details would be displayed.

-If they click on the Settings button, their user settings page will open, where they can toggle their geolocation, push notifications, log out or go to their profile settings. If they click on the Profile button, their profile settings page is displayed showing all their user details such as name, email and phone number is displayed. They also have the option to keep a profile picture which they can add or remove from the app.

Organizer Flow

As an organizer, the user has option to create an event, browse events and go their user settings.

-If they click on the Create Event button, the "Create a new event" page is displayed where they can upload event poster and add event details such as Name and location. The have the option to use an existing QR Code or generate a new QR code. If they choose to reuse an existing QR code, the app opens a new page and displays the QR code to reuse based on the event. The organizer can then to choose from a dropdown menu the specific event for which they wish to reuse the QR code, among all the events they have created.

-If they click on the Events button, a list of events is displayed on the screen. They can click on any event they want to browse and a pop up with all the event details will be displayed.

-If they click on the Settings button, their user settings page will open, where they can toggle their geolocation, push notifications, log out or go to their profile settings. If they click on the Profile button, their profile settings page is displayed, where all their user details such as name and profile photo are displayed. They also have the option to add or remove their profile photo from the app.
