…on runner It is a profile-gated diagnostic, not a test, so it no longer carries a Test name in src/main. Split into small single-purpose parts with the fetch plumbing shared, which clears its structural smells and drops its snooze entry.

TeamtailorRssQualityTestwas really a manual runner for the rss-test profile, sitting in src/main. It's nowRssFeedInspectionRunner, split into a few smaller classes sharing one feed client. PMD is clean on it, so I removed its snooze entry. Output is unchanged.Stacked on #157.
