Fixes the two installer bugs so release.yml can produce real per-OS installers, and flips prerelease:false so update.electronjs.org + the web can see the release. Bumps to 0.2.0. Validated locally: npm run make → dmg+zip. After merge I tag v0.2.0 → release.yml builds the full installer set into a draft (human publishes).

…-prerelease

Enables a real installable + auto-updating release:
- package.json: add `author` (fixes Windows Squirrel "Authors is required"), bump
  version to 0.2.0 (what app.getVersion() reports to update.electronjs.org), and
  refresh the obsolete "E2E snapshot validation" description.
- forge.config.ts: MakerSquirrel `authors` + `setupIcon`; MakerDMG volume `icon`;
  PublisherGithub `prerelease: false` — update.electronjs.org and GitHub's
  /releases/latest both exclude prereleases, so auto-update and the web's
  stable-download resolution require a non-prerelease release.
- release.yml: macOS leg installs setuptools before `npm ci` so appdmg's native
  deps (macos-alias/fs-xattr) compile under Python 3.12 (which dropped distutils),
  plus a loud `require.resolve('appdmg')` assertion so it can never silently drop.

Validated locally: `npm run make` builds "Heliox IDE-0.2.0-arm64.dmg" + zip.
