I started using the Heroic Games Launcher to play some abandonware games like Blur and SMT Synchronicity, and the Cachy OS Wiki said that for games outside of Steam it was recommended to use wine-cachyos instead of proton-cachyos. However, my 8bitdo Ultimate Controller doesn't work with wine-cachyos. I saw on the Wiki the suggestion to use the environment variable WINE_PREFER_SDL_INPUT=1, and it worked, but it only recognizes the controller for a few seconds and then stops working. The only way to get it working again is by recreating the wine prefix. Using proton-cachyos works normally, but I thought this should be reported because even the system's wine-staging recognizes the controller normally. I thought it might be a problem with Heroic, but I also tested with Lutris and via the command line, but the same problem persists.
