AnimaLink is a local-first, single-player Anime Gacha RPG mixed with Railway Management Simulation. The core mechanic integrates a Pomodoro-style real-world timer which is dispatching a train kicks off a real-world travel period (e.g., 25 minutes of transit time), encouraging players to focus on their real-world work or study. When the train returns, players manage routes, track switches, passenger boarding/dwell times, and pull from the gacha to summon anime girl conductors whose stats directly influence train efficiency.
