Archive search and session indexes omit rolling summary segments

Confirmed missing searchable compacted history

Current session persistence uses rolling summary_segments, but archive keyword search and semantic/FTS document construction include only legacy summary and raw messages. Facts retained solely in compacted segments remain available to restored prompt context yet disappear from explicit history search.

Isolated reproduction

Create a temporary archive with summary_segments containing a unique word, empty legacy summary and unrelated recent raw messages. Backfill it through real session indexing and search.

Independently reproduced three times using disposable archives/stores. This does not request recovery of purged/reset data.

Acceptance criteria

• Include supported summary segments in archive and indexed search documents, with provenance and time boundaries.
• Apply reset/channel/time/user filtering consistently; aggregate summaries must not bypass author filtering.
• Repair/backfill older indexes so the fix is not limited to new archives.
• Test segment-only facts and both legacy/current archive formats.

No source changes were made.
