list_skills does not show whether each skill is enabled or disabled #631
list_skills prints every user-created skill as **name**: description and never shows whether it is enabled or disabled, or whether it failed to load. A model reading the list cannot tell a disabled skill from an available one until invoke_skill refuses it or it checks skill_status per skill.
Evidence (live, 2026-09-30, campaign branch deploy; master 55c15761 formats the list the same way)
After disable_skill and edit_skill, skill_status correctly reported the skill as disabled.
list_skills in the same turn returned **live_battery_probe**: Temporary live battery retained-output probe edited while disabled, with no status.
The formatter is src/discord/native_tools/skills_tools.py, the list_skills branch, which renders only name and description.
Expected
list_skills marks each skill's state (enabled, disabled, load error), or lists disabled skills separately.
Activity
