Fix explicit timezones, validation log self-matches and generated image references

Changes

• Honor explicit IANA timezones and supported Eastern aliases in parse_time, rejecting unknown or ambiguous zone tokens instead of silently scheduling in the bot timezone.
• Filter Odin validate_action invocation entries before matching journal probes so they cannot prove log_present or fail log_absent.
• Return the generated Discord image attachment URL in the tool result for same-turn analysis and reuse, validating the attachment host.

Verification

• Targeted tests: 266 passed; generated reference tests: 9 passed.
• Full plain and coverage test runs each reached 21,257 passing tests and one generated-reference drift failure because the tool schema changed while those runs were in progress; the generated reference was regenerated and its drift check now passes. CI will run from the final commit.
• Ruff on changed Python files and git diff --check passed.
